Educational policy
「Basic Planning of Education for Gyeonggi Province」 establishes the Education of Gyeonggi Provincial’s policie's and projects, and acts as guidance business units enterprise propelled by city and provincial education offices, direct agencies, and support from the office of education.
City and provincial education offices, direct agencies, and support from the office of education and schools of various levels follow the 「Basic Planning of Education of Gyeonggi Province」 and consider each agency’s characteristics and regional condition and form and creatively operate performance plans towards realizing a student and field centric educational overhaul.

Schools should ensure equal access to education, process and results. In addition, schools should create a condition of education that students can go through for learning activities in a safe environment.
We will invigorate a Town Educational Community where schools and local communities can come together.
School should not be isolated from society. We will build a Town Educational Community as a space where parents, residents, civic groups, and local government agencies can form cooperation for education and participate together and make decisions together.
We will be the Office of Education serving the school field.
The role of the Office of Education is to make policy, administrative and financial support to make the school devoted to student education. Therefore we will move the starting point of the policy to the students and schools, and advance policies that schools need, thus boldly reducing the administrative burden of the schools.
